I KNEW that I was a intelligent and a very capable man who could “work hard,” be productive and make things happen, crushing difficult exams at university and weights in the gym and competitions...
However, when it came to my business, it seemed like I was a different person…
❌ I felt frozen and paralyzed as soon as I wanted to take action in my business
❌ I'd find myself in mindless “busy work” that did nothing but draining my energy, time and joy
❌ I felt extremely anxious about putting myself out there
And worst of all, I felt massive amounts of shame and guilt for not following through with my intentions, despite knowing how much potential I was sleeping on.

No matter how much I was pushing myself to “work harder and get my ass up” or how many courses I took on time management and boosting my productivity, it didn’t change anything for me.
Until I’ve discovered that all this generic advises on how to get rid of those self-sabotaging behaviours is nothing but a bunch of crap…
In fact, it was neither my inability to “work hard”, nor laziness, nor a lack of productivity that was holding me back…
My confinement stem from using my biggest asset – my head – in the wrong way, turning it into a huge liability.
The reality is that eliminating procrastination is NOT a matter of productivity…
It's a matter of learning to be resourceful with your thinking, being able to manage your emotion strongly and following an aligned action plan!
Without mastery over your analytical mind, your thinking will keep you trapped in perfectionism, worry and overwhelm, without ever unleashing your full potential to this world
Without strong emotional management, your actions will be swayed and you will feel like someone’s pulling the hand break while you’re pushing the gas pedal
And without an aligned action plan, you will find yourself lost in “busy work”, putting in the hours, but never truly creating what you desire
